By: Sonia Di Maulo, Founder and Lead Feedback Enthusiast
Being an compelling leader means opening the door and letting the REAL YOU shine.Photo a Day ChallengeFor the history of why I started the Challenge and the full list, visit Day 1: Open the Door, then Let YOU Out! Day 12: Spoon
I am trying a new diet. One that keeps me from eating fruit and yogurt – two of my most favourite things.
This week, while at the airport, I picked up this beautiful yogurt parfait, with a spoon, of course!
With every spoonful, I took in a renewed pleasure.
While I was “indulging”, I new it would increase my commitment even more.
Do you ever “indulge” your people, give them an extra boost of confidence, positive feedback only (with no negatives)?
Commit to indulging and connecting, and you will see strong commitment in return.
